RUCKUS / The census
The census.
Dated snapshots of the public FiveM server list. We keep local copies and checksums; missed days remain gaps, and capture times matter. This is the 13 October 2026 count, taken at 11:00 Pacific.
Roleplay is not a corner of FiveM. At 11:00 Pacific it was nearly nine players in ten.
Where the players are, by server language.
This language breakdown is from the 8 September snapshot, not the newer headline count. Locale is declared by server owners and does not establish individual player language.
| Server language | Roleplay players | Share |
|---|---|---|
| English | 31,353 | 16.4% |
| Portuguese | 26,665 | 13.9% |
| Thai | 20,097 | 10.5% |
| German | 18,200 | 9.5% |
| French | 15,453 | 8.1% |
| Arabic | 11,311 | 5.9% |
| Turkish | 8,456 | 4.4% |
| Romanian | 7,298 | 3.8% |
| Spanish | 6,244 | 3.3% |
| Indonesian | 5,376 | 2.8% |
Who grew between 3 and 8 September.
Five days of movement between the two captures taken inside the morning window. Servers below 15 players on the first day are excluded, because a percentage on a tiny base is noise. Player growth is a reason to investigate a server, not evidence of its marketing budget.
| Server | 3 Sep | 8 Sep | Gain |
|---|---|---|---|
| VALLEY ROLEPLAY (pt-BR) | 111 | 575 | +464 |
| OFFSET RP (pt-PT) | 651 | 1,108 | +457 |

| Royal RP (en-GB) | 61 | 422 | +361 |
| CORLEONE CITY (de-DE) | 480 | 827 | +347 |
The method, and the gaps.
- One capture a day at 11:00 Pacific, is the scheduled target. Actual timestamps and missed days are recorded; compare only compatible capture windows. A capture outside that window is kept but flagged and never compared.
- Every file is checksummed and mirrored the day it is taken, to help detect changes. Both current copies are on one drive; this is not an off-device backup.
- The record has gaps: local captures are dated 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 14 and 15 September. As checked on 18 September, no later local capture exists. The page shows the dated snapshot above, not a live feed.
- "Roleplay" is partly self-declared: a server counts when its game type, name, tags or description say so, or when it runs one of the frameworks roleplay servers use.
- The data is not for sale yet. Cfx.re's terms on reuse have not been read, and RUCKUS does not sell a dataset before checking the terms it was collected under.
GTA 6 arrives on consoles on 19 November 2026. Roleplay runs on PC through FiveM, on GTA V, and no PC version or roleplay platform for GTA 6 has been announced. Every server in this census is a GTA V business today. The full census post → Not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
Clipping rates, read from a public board.
RUCKUS also reads the public boards where clipping campaigns post their rates. This is the first structured capture: one large public campaign board, read by hand and logged out on 23 September 2026. One day is a snapshot, not a series.
These are other companies' advertised rates, posted on a public board. They are market context, not a RUCKUS rate and not a promise of views or earnings.
- Advertised rates are ceilings. A campaign pays its advertised rate only on eligible views, up to its per-clip cap, so what a budget pays per 1,000 views in practice runs lower. Why →
- One platform figure, reported rather than measured: an analytics panel on a large campaign platform's public pages showed a CPM of $1.93 against an eCPM of $0.99 on the same day. reported The platform did not publish how it computes either figure, so RUCKUS treats the pair as one observation, not a benchmark and not a promise.
- What was read: the public board's campaign cards, logged out, with nothing behind a login. Rates ranged from $0.05 to $3.00. The capture recorded 18 rates and itemized 16 of them card by card; the figures above hold on either count.
- No rate from this capture becomes a RUCKUS rate. RUCKUS's own advice, about $2.00 advertised on a CPM campaign with a $500 cap per clip, is set out in the Campaign Standard.
