Build with RUCKUS

Become a GTA 6
frontrunner.

Help build the team behind the creators.

Our thesis is simple: GTA 6 can create a huge wave of streams, stories and new creators. Those creators will need editors. Their communities will need people who know how to run things.

Creators + clippers + communities

A team you can help build.

We’re meeting collaborators for project work as needs arise. We agree the scope, pay and availability before assigning work.

Get close to the work.
Build a reputation through it.

We want creators, clippers and RP communities to grow together. Your contribution can be a better edit, a solved ticket, a clearer brief or a creator who finally has a reliable team.

Already edited for a creator, helped run an RP server or worked with clipping campaigns? Show us your contribution. We value professional communication, sound judgment and deadlines we can count on. Strong work can develop into repeat projects or a retainer when the workload supports it.

Find your place.

Choose a role to see the work, the evidence to bring and a practical trial.

9 roles
Community

Community & Whop support

Know the platform. Keep the community moving.

See the role

Help members find the right campaign, understand the process and get a useful answer when something goes wrong.

Your work

  • Handle Discord and Whop support tickets with clear replies and documented handovers.
  • Explain campaign briefs, submission status and where Content Rewards or Whop support needs to take over.
  • Keep announcements, FAQs and access instructions current. Escalate account, payment and dispute issues to the right owner.

What to show us

Tell us which Whop or Content Rewards workflows you have handled. Include an anonymized support example and the hours you can reliably cover.

A possible paid trial

Walk through three fictional tickets: a pending submission, a missing withdrawal and a member who cannot find the brief. Explain the next action and who owns it.

What good looks like

Accurate replies, calm judgment, consistent coverage and no unanswered handovers.

Campaigns

Campaign review & operations

Turn a clear brief into consistent decisions.

See the role

Keep the review queue organized so creators understand what is approved, what needs changing and why.

Your work

  • Check each clip against the published brief, authorized source, format and required disclosure.
  • Leave specific feedback, record the reason for a decision and flag uncertain or suspicious submissions for review.
  • Track deadlines, campaign pacing and unresolved issues. Keep the campaign owner informed before a queue becomes a problem.

What to show us

Share a review checklist or an anonymized operations example. Tell us what you would approve, revise or escalate and why.

A possible paid trial

Review five fictional submissions against one brief, explain each decision and hand over the unresolved item.

What good looks like

Decisions tied to the brief, useful feedback, accurate records and reliable follow-through.

Creative

Clipper coach

Help someone make the next edit better.

See the role

Teach the practical craft: finding the moment, keeping context and holding attention on a phone.

Your work

  • Give timecoded feedback on openings, pacing, captions, story context and payoffs.
  • Turn repeated mistakes into short examples, exercises and useful office-hour topics.
  • Help contributors understand campaign requirements and measure improvements without promising views or earnings.

What to show us

Send two edits you can explain and one short before-and-after breakdown. Tell us what you changed and what the viewer understands better.

A possible paid trial

Give a concise critique of a supplied edit and demonstrate one improvement in a small, agreed teaching sample.

What good looks like

A learner can use your feedback immediately. You explain the reason, show the change and stay constructive.

Creative

Short-form editor

Find the moment. Make it worth watching.

See the role

Turn authorized GTA footage, streams and creator material into original, watchable short-form edits.

Your work

  • Choose a clear opening and preserve the context that makes the moment work.
  • Deliver clean vertical exports, readable captions and agreed versions for Shorts, TikTok or Reels.
  • Organize project files, respond to revisions and flag missing footage before the deadline.

What to show us

Send three relevant clips, explain what you personally edited and list your software, turnaround and weekly capacity.

A possible paid trial

One bounded 20–40 second edit from an authorized source pack, with a fixed scope and payment agreed first.

What good looks like

Strong judgment, clean sound and captions, thoughtful pacing and dependable delivery.

Creative

YouTube editor & packaging

Build a story people stay for.

See the role

Help creators turn streams and RP sessions into episodes with context, structure and a reason to keep watching.

Your work

  • Build a source log and an understandable story from longer footage.
  • Edit setup, progression and payoff; prepare chapters or short cutdowns when included in the brief.
  • Work with truthful title and thumbnail concepts, audio cleanup and an organized handover.

What to show us

Send two relevant videos with your contribution identified. Explain one storytelling or packaging decision and include your typical turnaround.

A possible paid trial

A short assembly or selected scene from supplied footage, with the scope, rate and revision limit agreed in advance.

What good looks like

Clear storytelling, useful cuts, honest packaging and files another editor can pick up.

Relationships

Creator partner manager

Help creators and server teams work together.

See the role

Keep the creator, clipper and server team aligned around a real content plan.

Your work

  • Collect goals, authorized footage, contacts and an agreed production schedule.
  • Coordinate reviews, creator access and event details with the people responsible.
  • Keep a clear action list and report what happened, what is blocked and what comes next.

What to show us

Describe a collaboration you coordinated, your exact role and how you handled a missed deadline or change of plan.

A possible paid trial

Create a small production handover for a fictional creator-and-server campaign, including owners, deadlines and open questions.

What good looks like

Clear communication, good records and reliable follow-up. Existing GTA V RP experience is useful; GTA 6 server support remains unannounced.

Growth

Growth marketer

Bring the right people into the network.

See the role

Help GTA creators, experienced clippers and suitable buyers discover RUCKUS through useful content and a clear reason to join.

Your work

  • Plan original social content, useful search pages and community placements that match each audience.
  • Improve the path from a post or search result to the right guide, Discord route or buyer inquiry.
  • Use tagged links and conversion data to explain which messages attract qualified interest. Scope paid tests with an approved budget.

What to show us

Show a campaign or channel you worked on, your contribution and the result you can substantiate. Explain how you measured useful interest beyond raw views.

A possible paid trial

Audit one audience path and propose three specific content tests, their destinations and how you would judge the result. Any production or media spend is scoped separately.

What good looks like

Clear positioning, original creative ideas and honest measurement. You understand GTA audiences without relying on mass DMs or inflated engagement.

Systems

Bots & workflow developer

Make the work easier to run.

See the role

Build useful tools around Discord, Whop and our production process so the team spends less time chasing information.

Your work

  • Create onboarding, ticket routing, brief checklists and reporting workflows using supported integrations.
  • Handle access permissions, duplicate events and failed requests; document how a teammate can maintain the tool.
  • Keep private data and credentials out of public pages and bots. Work in a sandbox before changing a live workflow.

What to show us

Share a working demo or repository, explain what you built and show how it handles an error or unauthorized request.

A possible paid trial

A small sandbox workflow using fictional data, such as routing a ticket or recording a campaign update once.

What good looks like

A reliable tool with clear permissions, useful failure messages and a readable handover. API availability is verified before promises are made.

Growth

Brand & campaign partnerships

Find a real problem we can help solve.

See the role

Work with creators, server owners and relevant businesses to understand their content needs and scope the right RUCKUS service.

Your work

  • Research a relevant business and identify an actual production or distribution need.
  • Handle contextual introductions, discovery notes and follow-ups through an appropriate business contact.
  • Coordinate a clear proposal with the production team, including assets, budget, deliverables and next steps.

What to show us

Show how you qualified an opportunity, ran a useful conversation or developed a partnership. Explain your personal contribution without sharing private client information.

A possible paid trial

Prepare a small research brief and a discovery outline for a fictional or approved prospect. Do not contact anyone as part of an unagreed test.

What good looks like

Relevant conversations, accurate records and realistic scope. You earn trust without promising guaranteed views or speaking for the studio beyond your authority.

AI animation, thumbnails, research or tools? Choose “Another useful skill” and show us something relevant.

How we start working together.

  1. Show the work

A few relevant examples, your part in them and the hours you can cover.

  2. Agree a small paid scope

If there is a fit and a current need, agree deliverables, rate, timing and revisions before starting.

  3. Build on good delivery

Review the work together. Discuss repeat work or a retainer when demand and availability line up.

No fee to introduce yourself. No unpaid client work as an application. A reliable schedule matters more than being online all day.

Show us what
you can bring.

Prepare a short introduction, copy it, then join Discord and ask the team where to send it.

This draft stays in the page. Nothing is sent until you share it yourself.
